RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content.
RSS solves a problem for people who regularly use the web and allows them to easily stay informed by retrieving latest content summaries from sites they're subscribed to.
So if someone subscribes to your traineo RSS feed, they'll be able to monitor all your diet, training and weight progress direct from their browser or aggregator without having to visit your traineo page each time they want an update.

hey Rosie!
Are you JUDDDDing? I have just restarted after the xmas madness, and it is going really well so far, I started on xmas and I'm already (almost!) back to my pre-xmas weight. I'm guessing you've got an underactive thyroid, and I found the programme was one of the few on which I can actually lose weight on. Also, eating foods rich in iodine, such as kelp/seafoods/plants grown in enriched soil can increase the body's production of thyroxine, the chemical which is lacking with hypothyroidism.
